Below is an overview of costs for paediatric and psychology services, along with Medicare rebate details and our cancellation policy.Â

To Parents and Guardians,
From 5 October 2026, our consultation fees will increase by 1.7%. This small adjustment helps us continue providing high-quality care and supporting our patients and families.
There will be no additional surcharge or transaction fees.
We appreciate your understanding and continued trust in our practice. If you have any questions about the updated fees, please contact our reception team.
GENERAL PHYSICIAN FEES
- You must have a valid Medicare number and Referral to obtain rebate benefits.
- Once the payment has been made for your appointment, you will receive a lodgement statement and a EFT receipt.
Our staff lodge your claim with Medicare electronically meaning you will receive your rebate within 24-48 hours into the account registered with Medicare.
Paediatrician Services Fee ScheduleÂ
Paediatrician Behavioural Assessment and Management (such as ADHD, GDD, ODD) – $1,750, “payable in three instalments/visits“.
For Complex ADHD/GDD/ANXIETY/SLD/IQ/EMOTIONAL DYSREGULATION – “Second follow-up will be $600“.
Paediatrician “ASD Assessment and Report” – $1,650, payable in two instalments/visits.

SmartPaeds In-House Counselling and Parents Education SessionÂ
- 50-min Individual sessions (Parent(s) or multiple caregivers) – $120
- Group session – $35 pp/ $60 couple
