Fees & Rebates
Below is an overview of costs for paediatric and psychology services, along with Medicare rebate details and our cancellation policy.
Medicare Rebate & Billing
- You must have a valid Medicare number and a referral from your GP to claim rebates.
- Payment is required on the day of your appointment.
- You’ll receive a lodgement statement and EFT receipt.
- Our staff lodge your claim with Medicare electronically and your rebate is usually returned to your account within 24 – 48 hours.

Telehealth consultations attract the same fees as face-to-face appointments.

- Medical Certificate Forms – $50–$100
- Lost/Reissue Script Fees – $40–$80
Fees Structure for Psychologist Services
- ASD Assessment – $1,500 + Report $500 (Not Claimable to Medicare)
- Cognitive (IQ) Assessment and Report – $1,400
- Dyslexia Assessment and Report – $1,200
SmartPaeds In-House Counselling and Parents Education Session
- 50-min Individual sessions (Parent(s) or multiple caregivers) – $110
- Group session – $35 pp
